While this venue is pricier than in previous years, its exceptional quality and the valuable networking opportunities make it well worth the investment. We believe you'll find the experience truly rewarding!  To ease the costs for our attendees, Pregis will cover one of the 3 nights of accommodations (with a minimum 3-night stay).

As a reminder, the attendee is responsible for air travel and accommodation expenses.  Pregis covers expenses on-site including meals, ground transportation from/to GCM Airport, and recreation excursions. 

Rates are valid from February 22, 2025 through February 27, 2025

At the time of reservation, Kimpton requires a deposit for two nights of the reservation. Room type cannot confirmed at time of reservation, only at check-in.

Space is limited and any extra rooms will be released by January 1, 2025
